When I made it to my meeting this week on 4/5 (thankfully feeling *much* better than last week), I was *very* relieved to find out that I had lost weight since my last weigh-in. I know that from the way I'd been feeling, tracking points was the last thing on my mind, *but* I had still made a point of trying to remember to actually eat breakfast and lunch which I think might have been my saving grace, lol. At that weigh-in i was down 2.8 lbs since my previous weigh-in on 3/22 :)
