I bought a friend’s elliptical trainer that she was selling because she was pregnant and decided to just keep doing kick boxing and tai bo…she’d bought it new for almost $500 but had it for over 6 months and used it less than once a month…so she sold it to me for $200…yay!

I’ve used it a couple of times over the last week - so far only about to go about 5 minutes a go, but my body is getting more and more used to it, and I think I’m starting to remember how to move my legs on it, LOL…
Does anybody have any tips to offer?
