Okay, so it’s been a few months since my last post. No, I haven’t given up on dieting/exercising, just had a lot going on with the holidays and taking 2 classes at college this semester.
With 2004 here, I’ve decided to start getting serious about weight loss again. I’ve started modifying my diet (i.e. having a salad with a meal to keep from wanting seconds), and am next going to work on getting back into Crunch Gym more regularly.
