I swear I haven't disappeared!

I'm taking 2 classes at Kennesaw State this semester (4 credit hours each), and once I take 1 remaining class in the Spring, I should be graduating in May with my Bachelors of Science in Psychology....finally, lol.  It will be shortly after my 36th birthday (yeesh, it feels weird typing that), but better late than never :) So...I've been a little busy being at KSU 3 nights a week until after 8 pm, and on my nights at home, I have to divide it between family time and study/homework time, and it hasn't given me much time for anything else. I'm taking the stairs at work more, and I'm going to be putting my training sessions on freeze at LA Fitness at least until this semester is over because I just haven't had the time.  I can afford the time to get to the gym to work out by myself, but it's just that I don't have time to do that + have a training sessions on top of it.  It was just making me get home too late, and my daughter (in 2nd grade) has this weird thing about actually liking to see her mommy before bed more than once or twice a week, lol.

Many study participants said they lost weight from 2008 to 2009, but in fact, they gained. On average, adults were off by a pound, but that can really add up over the years, as can the health consequences associated with weight gain. Whoops...

The good... Had my WW meeting this morning because I decided to deal with my anxiety issues and drive there myself to see if I could drive to the WW meeting location at an unfamiliar time and by myself (as opposed to hubby and kiddo dropping me off). I made it there in plenty of time to get weighed in and get a seat (which is good because apparently this particular meeting time is *packed*) The not so good... I gained this week. 3 lbs. However, that being said, this was the first week since I first started going to meetings back on March 15th that I gained, so I'm not going to kick myself over it. I'm going to focus more on making sure that I log everything I'm eating to make sure that I'm eating all of my points as well as keep an eye on what I'm eating.
